On-Site Document Verification – Weeton Barracks Medical Centre, Lancashire, UK I need a reliable person to conduct an on-site document verification at the following location in the United Kingdom: Location: Preston, Lancashire PR4 3JQ United Kingdom Scope of Work - Visit the above location in person. -Meet with the Issuing Authority (IA) and request completion of the verification documents that I will provide after the project is awarded. - If the IA completes the documents, collect the signed and/or stamped originals (or copies, if applicable). - If the IA refuses to complete or provide the documents, politely request a **written and signed refusal/rejection**, if they are willing to provide one. - Take 10–15 clear, GPS-enabled, time-stamped photographs, including: -The building exterior - Main entrance - Building signage/name board - Reception area (if photography is permitted) - Any other relevant identifying features - If photography inside the premises is not permitted, take as many external photographs as possible and note the restriction in your report. - Prepare a brief verification note (maximum one paragraph) summarizing the outcome of the visit, including whether the documents were obtained or whether the IA declined to cooperate. Acceptance Criteria Submit 10–15 clear, unedited, GPS-enabled, time-stamped photographs taken during the visit. Provide a concise verification report describing the outcome of the visit. Submit the completed IA verification documents, if obtained. If the documents cannot be obtained, provide a written refusal/rejection from the IA whenever possible, along with an explanation of the reason for non-cooperation.
