HOA Repaint Visual Samples

Our 160-unit condominium complex in Charleston, SC is about to refresh its exterior paint and replace the balcony railings. Before we commit to contractors and colors, the board needs to see how several possible palettes will actually look on the buildings. I want a creative professional—ideally someone local who can visit the property—to capture live-action footage and high-resolution photos of each building and then produce clear, polished visuals that showcase at least three alternative paint schemes. Here’s what I have and what I need from you: • Current conditions: easy access to the site, preliminary color ideas from the board, and architectural drawings you can reference. • Your contribution: advise us on complementary shades we may not have considered, film and photograph the façades and balconies, and deliver digitally recolored photos plus a short live-action video edit that cycles through the proposed schemes. • Final deliverables: – 10+ finished stills for every scheme (print-ready and web-ready versions) – A 2-3 minute HD video that walks viewers around the property, seamlessly switching among the palettes so the board can compare in real time. Drone footage, gimbal shots, and straightforward color-grading tools such as DaVinci Resolve, Premiere Pro, or Photoshop are all welcome so long as the finished work is accurate and easy for non-designers to understand. Turnaround within three weeks is ideal because the next board meeting falls shortly after that.
