$250-750 USD

Paid on delivery

I will be hosting a high-profile conference for a visiting Saudi CEO in Den Haag on the 28th or 29th of September and I need a seasoned photographer who can stay with us for the full day. You’ll need an eye for storytelling: candid shots of attendees as they connect, crisp keynote speaker images from the main stage, and well-composed group photos for press releases and social media. Key moments to capture include the award ceremonies, networking sessions, and several panel discussions; timing will be shared in the final agenda so you can plan your lighting and positioning in advance. Because the guests are VIPs, professionalism and discreet conduct are essential. I expect fast-turnaround editing—colour-corrected, high-resolution JPEGs suitable for print—and a secure online gallery for quick distribution to our communications team. Deliverables • 100+ fully edited high-res images • Private online gallery within 72 hours • Option to transfer RAW files on request Please link to relevant conference or corporate event portfolios in your response and confirm availability for both possible dates.

@fadeldawod

Hi, I’m Fadel Dawod, founder of Albaris Media, an Amsterdam-based media production company. I’m available for the conference in The Hague and can provide professional full-day photography coverage. I have extensive experience covering international conferences, corporate events and VIP guests. I have previously worked on assignments and events in Riyadh, Jeddah, the UAE and Qatar, which has given me a strong understanding of the level of professionalism, discretion and attention to detail required when covering senior executives and VIP guests from the Gulf region. I understand the importance of capturing not only formal moments, but also key interactions, networking, panel discussions and carefully composed images suitable for corporate communications, press releases and social media. I will provide full-day photography coverage, 100+ professionally edited high-resolution images, a private online gallery within 72 hours, and RAW files upon request. I work with professional full-frame camera equipment and lenses. I’m based in the Netherlands and can confirm availability once the final date, September 28 or 29, is confirmed. My all-in quote is $700 Best regards, Fadel Dawod Albaris Media
