Anniversary Photography & Videography

We’re gathering the family for an anniversary celebration and I’d like complete photo-video coverage of the day. Attendance will hover between 20 and 50 guests, so the setting will feel intimate yet lively. I’m after a balanced style—candid, documentary moments mixed with a few well-posed group portraits—nothing too stiff, but not purely fly-on-the-wall either. You’ll need to capture both stills and video throughout the event. Good low-light capability, on-camera flash or portable strobes, a stabilised camera or gimbal for smooth footage, and discreet audio capture for speeches would be ideal. Deliverables • A curated, colour-corrected gallery of high-resolution images suitable for print and social sharing • A short highlight film (around 3–5 minutes) edited with music, plus the raw video clips on request • Turnaround time: please indicate how quickly you can supply previews and the final edits If you’re comfortable juggling photo and video on the same assignment—or can bring an assistant—let’s discuss timing, any special shot lists you recommend, and how you prefer to handle file transfer.
