I have a file with the folowing data:

# 1 (GLN 1 NE2 )_(GLN 1 HE21)..(GLN 1 OE1 ) % occupied: [url removed, login to view]

distance avg [url removed, login to view] dev [url removed, login to view] max [url removed, login to view] min [url removed, login to view] N 51314

angle(deg) avg [url removed, login to view] dev [url removed, login to view] max [url removed, login to view] min [url removed, login to view] N 51314

# 13 (GLN 1 NE2 )_(GLN 1 HE21)..(LEU 10 O ) % occupied: [url removed, login to view]

distance avg [url removed, login to view] dev [url removed, login to view] max [url removed, login to view] min [url removed, login to view] N 2

angle(deg) avg [url removed, login to view] dev [url removed, login to view] max [url removed, login to view] min [url removed, login to view] N 2

# 161 (GLN 1 NE2 )_(GLN 1 HE21)..(DMS 88 O ) % occupied: [url removed, login to view]

distance avg [url removed, login to view] dev [url removed, login to view] max [url removed, login to view] min [url removed, login to view] N 3

angle(deg) avg [url removed, login to view] dev [url removed, login to view] max [url removed, login to view] min [url removed, login to view] N 3

# 364 (GLN 1 NE2 )_(GLN 1 HE21)..(DMS 190 S ) % occupied: [url removed, login to view]

distance avg [url removed, login to view] dev [url removed, login to view] max [url removed, login to view] min [url removed, login to view] N 2

angle(deg) avg [url removed, login to view] dev [url removed, login to view] max [url removed, login to view] min [url removed, login to view] N 2

# 371 (GLN 1 NE2 )_(GLN 1 HE21)..(DMS 193 O ) % occupied: [url removed, login to view]

distance avg [url removed, login to view] dev [url removed, login to view] max [url removed, login to view] min [url removed, login to view] N 553

angle(deg) avg [url removed, login to view] dev [url removed, login to view] max [url removed, login to view] min [url removed, login to view] N 553

I would like to select only the line that has % occupied greater than a specific number (e.g. 50). In this example the first line:

# 1 (GLN 1 NE2 )_(GLN 1 HE21)..(GLN 1 OE1 ) % occupied: [url removed, login to view]

should be selected because % occupied is greater than 50.

I would like the code to be in perl and the output file to be in text format. I am using Redhat 9.
