I need a Perl script that will do all of the following in 1 neatly commented script:
-scan a MySQL database to find subscriber's directories in a 'Subscriber' table.
-look for compressed files, could be .zip, .tar, .gz, etc.
- decompress these files into current directory to look for missing or corrupt files.
-scan these files to be sure formatting is correct. ex. an image should have an image file extension.
-insert these files into the same MySQL database that is being scanned.
- needs to do this using 'transactions'
-Excellent error checking.
- needs to roll back insert upon corrupt file.
-some files may be quite large so it needs to parse line by line for large files (ex. over 50MB).

Hello! I am new in perl (about half a year). But I would do this task with big pleasure for increasing my level and have more practice. That is why the price is lowest. I can start right now. I hope you'll chose me.
