Research Web Service Site Project

I am planning to create a site that will specialize in web design, web site implementation, e-commerce as well as other aspects of putting up websites for customers such as building flash banners and other page elements for customers. I have plans for a large site that could become the "google" and "yahoo" of web sited development. I have realized that there is not one site that provides every possible web design, implemetation service at good prices to customers.
I believe that I will be able to find enough people to work for me to where I can offer very good rates to customers and turn my site into the place where everyone goes when they want an internet prescence. I have also thought that this web site could offer custom software building using open source software as the site would offer software customization for customers at very good prices.
I have realized that for many people who do not have experience building websites it is difficutl to know where to start when they want a website / web prescence. I have a hope that I can make a site for this and I am looking for people who may be interested in workin on this project and for right now I am looking for people who are interested in doing research for the project.
