Poker/Casino Multiplayer Gaming Platform

Need a gaming platform which can deliver various game logic over the web for multiplayer, virtual reality experience. Chief among such games is multiplayer online poker. The software must support all the poker variations: (Texas Holdem, OamahaHi, OmahaHiLo, Stud, StudHiLo, Sit and Go tournaments and Multiplayer tournaments). Would like to also see additional games like: Black Jack Roulette Craps Slots Baccarat Bingo Need to have both a VC++ built Windows Client software and no clientless software (Done in Flash, preferably). The platform must have a web based back office with full game controls and reporting, advance fraud control and collusion detection mechanisms, ecash transaction processing and bonus system implementations. System must be highly scalable. Would like to be able to support up to 5000 players per gaming server and have the ability to cluster servers for greater number of players. The user experience for the clients must be rich. Would prefer the following configurations, but are open to other suggestions: OS for Servers: openBSD Game server: ModPerl with Apache Database: Postgres Client: Windows application done VC++, utilizing DirectX Flash for non-download Administration: Web-based, JSP or ASP or ASP.net or PHP. Software provided will be audited by a third-party. If software fails security audit, we will reject project. This audit process will be discussed once you are chosen as final bidder.
