Update KiCAD CAD (SKD1-H1)

I have updated the schematics of a PCB project "SKD1" in KiCAD. It's a mixed-signal 25x32 mm PCB with about 56 SMT components. The purpose of the PCB is to interface with different types of sensors (analog and digital), to convert to a digital protocol. The PCB is already working well but I made some improvements.
I need:
Add the new components to the CAD
Place the new components, using the backside if necessary.
Route the changes. Change from 2-layer to 4-layer board if necessary.
Tidy up the schematics.
Check if any components are NRND and suggest replacements if they are NRND.
Fix any design rule violations.
Deliver KiCAD files and PCBA manufacturing files.
