I am an inventor and builder. Working on this project for a year as a hobby and now full-time as an entrepreneur. Started thinking about this 10 years ago...a Unique powerful and portable Air purifier. I have a basic design worked out and prototyped with provisional patent application in last year... Now it is time to dial in the electrical power and monitoring and controls...
I have an agreement with ETL for review before bringing it to testing - for their guidance, review of electrical drawings- it's classification standard is UL-507:
It is 110v; we are choosing an EC PWM Fan; has an option for UV light; the Filter stack included HEPA and carbon filter;
I need someone familiar with this kind of thing - solid electrical/electronics of similar items.
Note: I am Not looking for the wireless side at the moment that is phase two of design and production (maybe phase one) - so minimal prep for that now and that is wired to the fan in the second iteration with fan company programming. LED screen from them most likely.
Currently, I just need the fan on the speed control (fan company to supply) and UV light switch control, and a few bells and whistles engineered and draw up for UL submittal...
I have mechanical drawings done for the cabinet and this consultant can provide the 3D for electrical - only need a single line and schematic/diagrams from EE here - to meet the design and safety review of UL -507, and of course to build correctly and effectively and elegantly...
