I need a self-managed assistant based in Mozambique who already handles online payments at an intermediate level. Your day-to-day work centres on three core responsibilities: • Processing local payments through approved gateways • Completing online purchases on my behalf, end-to-end • Investigating and resolving any transaction issues that arise To do this smoothly you must have reliable access to – and hands-on familiarity with – the full range of local options: mobile money services, standard bank transfers and credit/debit card payments. All activity will be performed on vetted platforms that I will provide, and I will supply clear instructions for each transaction before you begin. This role is fully remote and I am flexible on scheduling as long as agreed transactions are executed within the specified window. Accuracy, confidentiality and clear status updates are essential; I expect quick confirmation once a payment is submitted and concise notes if a dispute or reversal needs attention.
