I want to build a complete society-management solution, very similar in spirit to MyGate or Society App, but tailored for our own residential community. The finished product must work seamlessly on iOS, Android, and the web from a single code-base or well-coordinated native stacks. Core functionality • Membership management: create, edit, suspend, or transfer memberships with role-based access for committee members. • Family & tenant profiles: every flat should hold owner details plus unlimited family or tenant records, each with their own login. • Payment gateway integration: monthly maintenance, utilities, and ad-hoc charges processed inside the app with automated invoices, receipts, and ledger exports. • Communication: real-time individual chat and group chat between residents, building staff, and the committee. Push notifications are essential. (Announcements could be a later add-on, so please architect chat to allow that extension.) Technical expectations – Cross-platform delivery (iOS, Android, Web). – Modern, secure backend with scalable database and admin dashboard. – Clean UI/UX that can carry our branding. – GDPR-style data protection and encrypted chat messages. – Source code, build instructions, and staging environment handed over at each milestone. Acceptance criteria 1. All stated modules work end-to-end in a live demo environment. 2. Mobile apps pass App Store & Play Store review requirements. 3. Payment gateway test transactions succeed and ledger matches exported data. 4. Chats deliver within two seconds under normal load and remain encrypted at rest.
