What I need You’ll take approved patterns and turn them into production-ready pieces with impeccable finishing. The core lineup you will handle first consists of jackets, pants, and shirts. For the jackets I’ve specified hooded designs, multiple pockets, and water-resistant shell fabrics; for the pants, cargo pockets with clean internal construction and adjustable waistbands are non-negotiable. Shirts follow a streamlined techwear aesthetic but still demand sharp collars and taped seams. T-shirts and skirts are in the pipeline once we’re confident the main trio is flowing smoothly. Materials and trims will be supplied; your workspace must accommodate bonded fabrics, waterproof zips, and hardware without compromising on accuracy. I’m on site for fittings and QC, so being located in or around Gurugram is essential.
