Website fine tuning

i need some minor alterations to be done to my OSCommerce website as follows i need the work done quickly , must be completed within two days of allocation of job , no payment will be made if job is completed outside the timeframe , if you cannot complete within the specified time please do not bid. i need a search box put in the header i need some links in the header , i will provide similar url to show how i want this. i need the shopping cart to show in the header , again i will show similar url i need a tab to show cookie policy on right margin , again i will show similar url as sample i need the layout of site changed to look similar to another site ie coloums and links to catagories with pictures etc , again i will provide url as sample this is a simple layout change , please bid accordingly , we have 3 sites that would need work and are looking for a good web designer , to complete several projects in the future.
