Oracle SQL Query Tuning - Oracle Performance

Job Description:
I'm looking to hire a freelancer who can help me with Oracle SQL Query Tuning and improve Oracle Performance. I will be using Oracle Exadata Database and therefore the successful freelancer should have prior experience working with these versions. The specific work required is Ad-hoc Query Tuning so the applicant should include relevant past work and experiences as part of their application. Detailed project proposals are also appreciated.
Scenario: 4 Oracle SQL Queries that we have taking time anywhere from 3-7 minutes and wanted these to be running in less than 30 seconds. So require some one with Oracle SQL Performance Tuning Expertise to rewrite the query or Add any DB Configuration or Indexes or other Performance enhancement tips to cut that runtime down to 30 seconds or less.
Amount of data that's coming out of the query results are around 400K - 1 Million Rows
We need some one immediately as it has to be done in a day.
