Train LibSVM

We need LibSVM to read captcha for us. So I need someone who has good experience in LibSVM to teach me how to use it. 1, Transfer lots of captcha images to LibSVM format data. 2, Scale the data 3, Train the model base on the data scaled 4, Predict test captcha images base on the trained model 5, Teach us how to integrate libsvm with our C# program effectively. We've done most of these, but stuck at the a certain step. We need your help to guide us each step, we will communicate via Freelancer IM or Email mostly. You'll work more like a consultant, but if necessary, you'll need to write a few demo codes to explain something we could hardly understand. The bid is $150 fixed. This whole project might take a few days a few emails, We'll close the deal till we've went through all steps successfully with your help.
