Clear Ledger Bookkeeping Solutions is seeking a freelance Remote Operations Manager to help organize, streamline, and oversee daily business operations for a growing bookkeeping and financial services company. We are looking for someone highly organized, proactive, professional, and experienced with managing workflows, teams, communication systems, and operational processes. Responsibilities: • Oversee daily operational workflows • Manage and update Asana task systems • Monitor Slack communication and team updates • Organize onboarding processes and workflows • Help manage bookkeeping project timelines and accountability • Follow up on missing client documents and pending items • Organize OneDrive folders and document systems • Help standardize SOPs, templates, and internal processes • Coordinate communication between assistants, bookkeepers, reviewers, and clients • Maintain organized systems across multiple business operations • Help improve efficiency and workflow structure Additional Responsibilities: • Assist with operational management for a separate tax advisory company • Keep workflows, Slack communication, and Asana tasks separated between companies • Monitor deadlines, onboarding progress, and internal operations for both businesses Preferred Qualifications: • Operations management experience • Experience managing remote teams • Strong organizational and communication skills • Experience with Asana, Slack, Google Workspace, or Microsoft 365 • Bookkeeping or accounting industry experience preferred • Ability to multitask and prioritize deadlines • Experience creating workflows and SOPs is a major plus This is a remote freelance position with long-term growth potential.
