Essential skillset • Team management – you know how to motivate, coach, and hold people accountable. • Data analysis – you’re comfortable extracting operational data, spotting trends, and turning numbers into clear actions. While supply-chain exposure is a plus, it isn’t mandatory; what matters most is your ability to keep operations humming and continuously higher-performing.
