As a Senior Corporate Sourcer for Germany, Switzerland and Austria, you will develop recruitment strategies by proactively identifying candidates utilizing online databases, job boards, contact lists, and employee referrals, as well as through networking and cold calling using various sourcing techniques. You will qualify and interview candidates and refer to hiring managers to interview and confer job offers.
You will utilize great networking skills to develop a network of people and processes to support a strong pipeline of qualified candidates. To be successful you must be a strong 'people person' with a clear understanding of NetApp's functions, and the ability to promote NetApp to candidates and external service providers.
