Update my Opencart eCommerce Website

Job Description:
I am looking for a professional with Opencart website experience, to update the look and functionality of my current eCommerce website - for Desktop/Mobile/Tablets etc.
I need the main home page to look different. I would like the Sub Categories to be put into individual boxes with space for a photo of one of my products in each of the boxes. I want my website to look nicer and more easy for my customers to find what they are looking for quickly - especially on Mobile phones.
I have uploaded a screenshot from another website (TPG) which I like the look of and it's similar to what I would like my site to look like - just to give you an example.
