Odoo-WhatsApp Integration Support

I already run Odoo and have an active WhatsApp Business API account; now I need the two platforms working seamlessly together. The goal is to let Sales, CRM and Inventory events in Odoo trigger WhatsApp messages automatically, reply to incoming customer questions with predefined flows, and keep contact data in sync in both directions. Scope of work • Configure the WhatsApp Business API (or a trusted gateway) inside my Odoo instance so that order confirmations, invoice reminders and stock updates fire real-time message notifications. • Build automated reply logic that detects common customer intents (order status, quotation follow-ups, stock availability) and answers instantly while still logging the conversation thread inside the customer’s Odoo record. • Implement bi-directional contact sync: new leads, opportunities or partners created in Odoo should populate WhatsApp contact lists, and vice versa. Duplicates must be handled gracefully. • Expose simple settings in Odoo (e.g., templates, triggers, opt-in/out flags) so my team can adjust messages without developer help. • Provide basic documentation and a quick screen-share hand-over so I can maintain the integration. Acceptance criteria – Messages triggered from Sales, CRM and Inventory events arrive on WhatsApp within seconds and are recorded on the corresponding Odoo document. – Automated replies fire only when no human agent has responded and can be paused per customer. – Contact sync runs on a schedule or webhook, showing no duplicate partner records after a full cycle. – No core Odoo files are modified; the solution installs as a standard, upgrade-safe module. You’ll likely rely on Python, Odoo XML/RPC, webhooks and the WhatsApp Business API; feel free to suggest Twilio, Gupshup or any gateway you trust if that simplifies the build.
