Build me a google sheet add on

Job Description:

So what I basically need to be coded is a new user interface for google sheets. That people can toggle on or off. This new UI will also offer features that other popular spreadsheets programs offer and dont offer as well. So it would be like combining all the good features of numbers, excel, Evernote and goolge sheets into one.
