Hello! My name is Michael, and I own a small business in Florida. This would be my first time working with an outsourced freelancer, so I am excited to see how your team will perform on this small project!
I need someone to visit the Tallahassee Chamber of Commerce website ([url removed, login to view]), then click the "Business Directory" button on the right side of the screen.
From there, click "List All Categories."
A long list of categories will appear. I need a worker to click on each category, then make an Excel spreadsheet with three columns: COMPANY NAME, NAME OF CONTACT PERSON, and COMPANY ADDRESS. Then I would like the line highlighted in yellow if the company address includes the words "P.O. Box."
I have attached an Excel file that would be a sample of what I am looking for.
To be clear, you will only need to select the major categories, not the sub-categories within them. In other words, at the beginning of the Category List, you would select "Accounting/Bookkeeping," but you would not have to select "Accounting/CPAs," "Accounting/Bookkeeping Business," or "Accounting/Business Consultation."
As of 27-July-2012, there are exactly 1,999 businesses on this list. The number tends to change on a monthly basis, and there are a few businesses on the list that will be duplicated.
Please let me know if you can begin work on the project, and whether I have allotted enough hours for your team to complete.
