I’m putting together a structured, beginner-friendly plan to help teenage athletes break into the 100 metre sprint. I want a coach or sports scientist who understands sprint mechanics, proper sprint drills, and how to pace progression so a novice doesn’t burn out or pick up avoidable injuries. Key elements I need covered are: • A clear week-by-week training schedule that runs at least 6–8 weeks, outlining warm-ups, technical sprint sessions, cool-downs, and built-in recovery. • Progressive strength work—body-weight basics at first, then simple gym lifts or resistance-band moves that feed directly into better drive phases, hip extension, and ankle stiffness. • Practical nutrition guidance tailored to teenagers: macronutrient targets, hydration tips, and suggestions for easy-to-source meals or snacks that fit around school hours. I’ll consider the program complete when I can see daily or session-based plans with drill descriptions, rep ranges, rest intervals, and short coach’s notes explaining purpose and cues (e.g., “focus on knee lift here to improve stride length”). A concise PDF or editable doc is perfect as long as it’s neatly formatted and ready to hand straight to the athletes and their parents. If you have experience coaching youth sprinters or you’ve produced similar plans before, mention it when you bid so I can hit the ground running with the right partner.
