A public view link. Anyone with the link can read it. Scales to any number of clients, free, but no real control and it can be forwarded. 2. Adding each client as a guest with view-only rights. Real control, you can revoke it, but Notion caps guest numbers so it does not scale to hundreds. 3. Automated access on purchase, where a payment triggers the invite. Removes the manual work, still inside Notion's guest limits. The second problem is the one that breaks most shared hubs. If your page pulls from connected databases, sharing only the dashboard leaves the links dead on the client's side. The whole connected structure has to be shared for the views to stay live. And if clients need to enter their own data, that needs edit access. Notion is not built to lock content down, so it is worth being clear on that before you decide. So before I set anything up, two questions: is this read-only content like SOPs and checklists, or a live space where clients enter data? And roughly how many clients?
