simple task managing web application

Necessary to develop a web application where the task can be assigned to a person. So there is an interface for adding a person (only the name) to the persons (edit/delete operations possible) list/table and there is an interface for adding a task to a task list/table (edit/delete operations possible). Then there is a page, where a task is assigned to a user along with start and end datetime. Simple table with list of data and a button to assign new task
