Need Node.js developer to create a QR code application

We need a web site where once a QR Code is scanned a new token number is generated and sent to the user on his phone as well as displayed on the webpage.
It should also show the current token # in progress.
For ex:
Every time a new patient or customer scans the QR code he/she is assigned a token# based on the last number.
And he/she should be informed of the current token# being attended as well.
The web page should display something like this:
Your token# is 10
Currently serving #6
This will require a backend application also where businesses can stop, call and reset the counter.
Front end will be based on these triggers
