Job Title AI CRM Orchestration Architect / Full-Stack Node.js Developer Job Description We're looking for an experienced AI automation architect / full-stack software engineer to help build a secure external orchestration layer that connects multiple business signals into a CRM environment. This system will act as a central decision layer between external tools and the CRM. It will receive events from sources such as website forms, booking pages, voice AI, chatbot interactions, missed calls, payment events, and other third-party tools. It will then normalize the data, determine the correct next action, and trigger the appropriate CRM workflows, pipeline updates, tags, custom fields, tasks, notifications, or human escalation. The first version should be practical, reliable, and production-aware, with a clear path toward a future multi-tenant SaaS architecture. Further technical details will be shared after screening and NDA. What We Need Built We need a developer who can help design and build a secure middleware system that includes: * Webhook receiver for external events * Event normalization layer * Decision/routing engine * CRM API connector * Retry and duplicate-prevention system * Logging and audit trail * Basic admin/monitoring visibility * Secure authentication and environment handling * Future-ready multi-client architecture The system should be built in Node.js / TypeScript, not Python. Required Experience The ideal developer should be strong in: * Node.js / TypeScript * REST APIs and webhooks * CRM integrations, preferably GoHighLevel / HighLevel * OAuth and private token-based authentication * API security and secret management * Database design, initially SQLite or PostgreSQL * Error handling, retries, idempotency, and duplicate prevention * Logging, monitoring, and audit trails * Multi-tenant SaaS architecture * Clean, documented, maintainable code * Git/GitHub workflow * Test-driven or test-aware development AI / Automation Experience Experience with AI agent systems is preferred, especially: * AI decision logic * LLM API integration * Workflow orchestration * CRM automation * Human escalation logic * Personalized messaging systems * Safe handling of sensitive business/client data This is not a basic automation task. We are building a reliable orchestration layer that can eventually support multiple clients.
