I am looking for a freelancer who can design and configure a comprehensive security (Dahua), Access Control System (Dahua), Wifi (TP Link), Audio & Visual Network, and mobile signal system for a guest farm house and surrounding land and pool. The main focus of the project will be on designing:
Designing and building a purchase list
Help with onsite build and connection
Remote configuration & testing
Specific requirements for the project include:
- Designing and configuring a surveillance camera system to cover main outside areas and public areas inside the premises using Dahua.
- Designing and configuring a Dahua access control network.
- Implementing appropriate security measures such as firewall and encryption to protect the system from unauthorized access.
- Ensuring seamless wifi connectivity throughout the entire area, including both the farm building with 8 guest bedrooms, public ares of the building and outside over the farm, covering 4 Ha of land.
- Optimizing mobile signal strength to ensure reliable communication within the premises and select outside locations.
- Designing an Audio / Visual system for outdoor event spaces around swimming pool, that can wirelessly play music from an iPad or iPhone, integrate with microphones or live music. Additionally creating an outdoor surround sound cinema in the garden, with removable projector. All hidden in bushes and trees.
Ideal skills and experience for the job:
- Expertise in designing and configuring Dahua surveillance camera systems, including knowledge of different camera types, placement strategies, and monitoring software.
- Proficiency in implementing security measures such as firewall and encryption to protect the system from potential threats.
- Expertise in the Dahua access control system
- Experience in setting up and optimizing wifi networks, including knowledge of access points, routers, and network protocols.
- Familiarity with mobile signal boosters and other technologies to enhance mobile signal strength.
- AV experience for choice of video & speaker system, design & configuration.
