We are having issues with our VOIP system. We are being told by Rogers that our set up is not correct. We have 6 VOIP phones through RingCentral and 7 computers all hooked up to Rogers router and our Cisco switch. Our internet speed is 60 up and 10 down, but we are still having problems. When receive calls, our voice gets cut off every 10 to 20 seconds.
