We have a newly deployed private wide-area-network using various Ubiquiti Edgrerouters. The routers have dual paths to each other : (1) via a wireless WLAN, (2) via OpenVPN tunnels over LTE connections. The dual paths are there to provide redundant paths.
The routers are also configured with OSPF.
We are finding that the OSPF is correctly distributed across the WLAN connections - all routes appear.
However, the routes do not seem to be advertised across the OpenVPN tunnels. We are not sure if this is due to configuration errors, MTU mismatch, firewalling, or other cause.
We are seeking an experienced engineer with extensive experience with OSPF configuration and troubleshooting. Exposure to Edgerouters will be preferred as this implementation has a limited subset of diagnostic commands.
We will provide remote access (monitored) and expect you to troubleshoot, advise, and help test a resolution which solves this OSPF route propagation issue. For an experienced OSPF engineer, this is expected within 1 to 3 hours.
We will provide network diagrams to the successful freelancer.
