overture suggestion tool program

I am looking for a small desktop program that checks results from

I already have some progs and scripts for that but the problem is overture began to ban ips. So what i need is a program that supports ten thousands of domain names that i can import from a text file, with a click ,it will begin to check the results, i also need to sort the coloumn and select and copy the ones that i need. But the most important point is since it is banning IPs, program must support hundereds of proxies and can change proxies after checking "n" number of domains. If also you make the program directly write results to MS SQL server database that will be a plus. Thank you
