We have a web site which has bugs and features unfinsihed. We prefer to have one full time person working on it full time.

a window asking for registration number and code and verify them again a table in database.
b a report-assemble informatio from database and build report base on some html temperlate
c save user's information into database
The web site used .net 2005 and sql 2000. The .net 2005 has a wizard control so you need to handle that. Database used the tool from http://www.SharpPower.com.
Since it is an existing project, you need to pick up other person's code quick.
