asp.net site C# based on existing DB

we have a DB in mssqlserver2005 our client wants to build a site that will display that information (articles like news), a page per record in the DB (one table in the DB we will send you a demo DB for testing the connection string must be in the [login to view URL] file so that we can easyly switch databases after we receive the code). the site must be done in asp.net 2.0 or higher, C# only. please don't suggest other languages and platform as we have only C# programmers to maintain this code (but noone is free to write it now). you must also do the design. i have no idea what kind of design our client has in mind so give your terms and separate prices for development and design, may be we will separate it into two projects on gaf , but i really would rather not do that. there will be actually 3 different pages (must use masterpages) : homepage, article page, "about us page". if yo have questions ask. the task is pretty simple - no user area , no content editing system just plain text and pictures display from the DB dinamicly with params passed in query string. you will provide the full code , not just the precompiled pages. prefference will be givent to israeli and canadian (montreal and around) bidders. payment only via gaf escrow except for israeli firms who must issue us heshbonit and please name prices including ma'am. payment within 30 days from the day i receive heshbonit, by check. thank you.
