Get website running as a Visual Studio Project

I had a website built but the previous developer did not have sufficient English skills to get help get the site running on my computer as a Visual Studio 2010 project.

Additionally, they used tables to help in the design; while I specifically asked for NO tables and only CSS.

Finally, the website is ugly and needs a redesign.

The attached rar is the website as provided to me. Additionally, the mysql database is in the APP_DATA folder of this rar file.

Here is what I want in this project:

1. I want a Visual Studio 2010 Project ([url removed, login to view] 4.0) that I can open, build and run on my local machine. I am not an expert, so you may have to remotely help in this task using TeamViewer.

2. I want all the table formatting removed, and use only CSS for formatting this website. If you cannot format without using tables do not respond.

3. I want 5 mockups of the homepage to get an idea of your ability.

4. I need this done in a week.

5. I will need your Skype contact to interview for the job.

I have attached the following files

[url removed, login to view]: this is the Visual Studio 2010 project that does not run, it has 220 errors when I attempt to build and run the project.

Pictures - [url removed, login to view]: this folder contains various (non optimized) pictures you can use for the website.

Visio-website+flowchart+[url removed, login to view]: is a flowchart of the website

I will
