here is a summary of the modules that we need to include in the application:
1) Salesrep profile management (creation and performance follow-up, etc …)
2) New membership/client entry (address + name + membership number + etc ..)
3) Order entry
4) Batch and/or realtime address validation (respect the canada poste rules …., ex: the combination of city+province+postal-code must exist)
5) Batch and/or realtime credit card processing (phase 2)
6) Synchronizing and interfacing with the internal ERP (Batch and/or realtime)
7) eCatalogue and product management (description, and pricing) (optional)
8) SQL database
So, the main process should look like the following:
1) At day=D, Our salesman has to be able to entry the new membreship (customer information) into the application and of course, he should try to place an order (the application should validate some information like address, and the modulo of the membreship number …) and take payment if required (phase 2)
2) At night of day=D, we should be able to upload the whole new memberships and orders from all the androids (mobil centralized data base) to our backoffice (ICS) to be treated.
