I am looking for a proxy expert who can create a software for me..
The software is already used and provided by many proxy providers which enables us to select a proxy..and it keeps changing after 10 mts..
But I want someone to create a system that can
- Provide USA proxies from all over USA
- The proxies should change after 20 mts
- The proxies should change to same state proxy..not some random state or city
- We should be able to choose the proxy according to state..
- Should support multiple users..
I am just giving a vague picture of the project..full details will be given upon selection.
