CAD program

We are in the process of making and application for windows and door manufactures and in that case we need and application in Windows to manipulate existing cad drawings of the doors or windows. Our customer makes a standard drawing of a door or a window and the applications job is to stretch or mirror the drawings. All the parameters to do this is to come from our MS Access database this means that the application has to communicate with MS Access and get the parameters from this. So the people im looking for is programmers that have great knowledge about CAD applications. The application could be a standalone service or merged togehther with Autocad 2005.
