Business Catalyst Web App - Upload docs form and page links

I have an Adobe Business Catalyst website that is almost done except this one functionality that is not possible with pre-built modules. One of the pages that we have now is a Literature page using the Literature module and basically lists number of pdfs and docs uploaded by the admin. Trying to find a way to let my Secure Zone subscribers to have the ability to upload their own pdf/docs to this page. Create a web form with a upload function is there a way to tie that into the literature page? If not possible then we can scrap the Literature module and create a custom web app where subscribers can upload files to a page with links to uploaded documents. You'll need to be very familiar with BC platform and hopefully show me an example you've worked on. We have a Business Catalyst Partner account so this might be a great opportunity for many more projects to come. Thank you
