SharePoint 2010 Create Web Method for Calendar Recurring Events

Create a web method that will allow me to pass a list name as string and start date and end date range to get a list of events from a SharePoint 2010 Calendar.
The solution should be delivered as a SharePoint WSP with a working example of the method that uses a list view to display its data.
Only C# and you must be able to complete the project in 24hours. This is a simple easy project that we don't have time to complete right now... This must be completed by the winning bidder within 24hours of winning the project.
Examples of the Caml Query you could use:

There are many examples online we just need to be able to pass the calendar list name and date range for dates.
