Title: Turkish Audio Collection & Transcription Project (Remote) Budget: $2–8 USD per hour Project Description We are currently seeking native Turkish speakers to participate in an ongoing audio collection and transcription project. The goal of this project is to collect and process high-quality Turkish speech data for language technology research, speech recognition systems, transcription tools, and conversational AI applications. This is a remote and flexible opportunity suitable for students, freelancers, remote workers, and anyone with strong Turkish language skills. Responsibilities Audio Collection Record Turkish sentences using a smartphone or computer microphone. Read prompts naturally and clearly. Follow basic recording instructions. Upload recordings through the provided platform. Transcription Listen to Turkish audio recordings. Convert spoken Turkish into written text. Identify unclear sections when necessary. Review completed transcripts before submission. Requirements Native Turkish speaker. Minimum age of 18 years. Access to a smartphone, laptop, or desktop computer. Reliable internet connection. Ability to follow project guidelines and deadlines. Good attention to detail. Preferred Experience Audio transcription. Voice recording projects. Translation or localization work. Data annotation or AI-related projects. Project Information Remote work. Flexible schedule. Initial task duration approximately 45–60 minutes. Additional assignments available for successful contributors. No previous professional experience required. Compensation Compensation ranges between $2 and $8 USD per hour depending on task type, quality score, and project requirements. Higher-quality contributors may receive priority access to future tasks and larger workloads. Payments are processed through Freelancer Milestones following task review and approval. Quality Standards To ensure consistency, submitted work will be reviewed before approval. Work may be returned for revision if: Audio contains excessive background noise. Instructions are not followed. Recordings are incomplete. Transcriptions contain significant accuracy issues.
