I need a working proof-of-concept Voice Agent CRM whose entire logic runs on an n8n instance that I host. The system’s core goal is customer support, so the voice agent must effortlessly answer FAQs, open or update tickets, and, when necessary, transfer a live call to a human agent. Key expectations • n8n will orchestrate every step—speech-to-text, intent detection, CRM updates, and call routing—so the workflows you build have to be easily readable and fully documented inside the editor. • Scheduling flows should connect to Google Calendar; if you can keep the design flexible enough to plug in Outlook or Apple Calendar later, even better. • Tickets can live in a lightweight built-in board, a fresh Postgres table, or a customary help-desk SaaS as long as your approach is clear and API driven. • I’m open to whichever voice stack you prefer (Asterisk, Twilio Voice, Dialogflow CX, Kaldi, etc.) provided it works smoothly with n8n’s HTTP nodes or custom function nodes. Deliverables – Exported n8n workflow JSON with annotations – README explaining required env variables, external services, and how to add new support intents – A short demo video or live walkthrough proving FAQ replies, ticket creation/update, live call transfer, and Google Calendar booking all function end-to-end I’ll spin up the server, give you SSH and n8n credentials, and take it from there once your hand-off checklist is complete.

Not a great idea due to latency issues when connecting nodes and running every instance separately, let alone on a self-hosted server that adds even more latency. Even if you do build it you it won't be responsible and cooperative e.g. in starting and stopping speaking on interruptions. Try using Vapi or Retell for this, and for a simple receptionist as your case you won't need n8n as well. Can set that up for you.
