PowerBI Sales vs Budget Report

I have a powerBI model that I need you to work on. You will need to create one Matrix that will have: Monthly/Cumulative/MAT. YTD figures, Month vs Month Percentage. You need to be good at DAX.

So it is transforming Excel Report to PowerBI report. The data is already imported into PowerBI. You only need to construct the new measures etc.. The challenging part is that the data consists of Actuals (Y-1 and Y0) and Budget and re-estimate. So I need to compare Y-1vs Y0 and vs Budget. You also need to specify that my financial year starts 1st of OCT.

You also need to create one summary page with KPI. Like Total Budget vs Y-1 etc...
