I need a Marketing database program for my sales department (see sample).
The database will have 4 parts.
1. The Company Profile/information
2. The Contact Profile
3. The Products Profile
4. Sales Reports
The Company Profile:-
We can input customer record eg. Company name, address, Postal code, country, phone, fax, email, website, whether they export and note, plus the staff that input/update the record and the date the record was updated.
The Contact Profile:-
We want to input the varies people working in their company, their position in the company, mobile number, email address and upload their names card.
The Products Profile:-
Here we group the company according to their industry and input their products or business. We can also upload a copy of their products brochuses and view them if necessary. We also want to input the exhibitions that they have participated with us or products that they purchased from us.
The Sales Report:-
Here we keep a record of our contact with them. The Agent/sales person that contacted them. The date and method (eg by phone, email or face to face visit), the person contacted, for what purpose (eg. to follow up on a products promotion) and their respond/answer and what action is to be taken by our Agent.
We want to be able to sort the whole database according to Company, Groups or the sales agents or date of call and etc and print them as a list in CSV format for import to other email marketing program.
We also want to be able to email them by clicking on the email address and select the email template and send.
