Your request is not clear.. do you have everything setup and you need the connection only? or do you need to build the whole thing? Also do you have the domain/server that is running the tomcat + Oracle DB? does it have to be a full website with styles and full control? or just something simple? There is nothing clear from your request... Is it MySQL or Oracle? pick one.. or clarify why two if necessary. if nothing is ready and you want everything to be set up and made the requested price is going to be an underpayment.. I might be able to go down a bit, buy you also need to put in mind that what you are willing to pay is an underpayment under any circumstance, java development is not cheap. It sounds like some sort of a school project so I will be willing to help a bit. please clarify and we can get to an agreement.
