Ruby on Rails CMS with Back End

We need a dedicated guru in Ruby on Rails only. We will not disclose much info here as we are looking for what this will cost roughly. After we will re post this project for you to sign a nondisclosure form. We only work with companies, if you are an individual please do not bid. Our company is an electrical repair and support business in the USA. Breakdown of back end system: 1: CMS for creating webpages. 2: Can manage subscription (multiple) 3: Can manage engineers 4: Can manage online quote links ( quote as in quotation for job or for subscription costs) 5: Can manage user profile (customers and engineers) 6: Can manage payment system (the american ACH) This is a very tough job so we will break the creation in stages due to funds. Project should completed in 3-4 months. This project is for back end. We will discuss front end (website) and a later date. Since we need RoR, tell us what hosting environment we should have. Note we only work with companies due to past experience of individuals. You must have knowledge of creating eye-catching UI for both front end and back end. Only send us RoR projects you have created or worked on before. Note will seek price then we will work with the winner after he/she signs a non disclosure form. Bid on total cost, without front end, then we pay in stages until back end is 97% completed.
