creating new beats from existing samples

Job Description:
i intend to sing a song by using an existing beat for an existing song, due to copyrights matters i cant use the original beat, so i will need someone who can make this happen by checking out original sample and make me something that will sound similar but not exactly a copy cat of the original piece, as the music genre is hiphop i will not need no drums, someone with high spec keyboard workstation can do it easily, please do bid with a reasonable amount for same as i have limited budget for same
