Shorten and Create Piano Score for Opera

I have Finale 2014.5 and have written extensively using it. Recently, I submitted an Opera for a full-scale Orchestra, which was accepted by the Board of Directors with two requirements: 1. Shorten the opera from approximately 65 minutes to 45-50 minutes. 2. Adapt it for a younger audience (accelerated high school or early college). I’ve made annotations and indicated changes needed, such as dropping scenes, shortening arias, condensing the screenplay, and addressing transitions and key changes. However, I lack the skills to do this efficiently and correctly. Additionally, this new version must be written using only a piano score. While I’ve started this process, I need someone with precise skills to complete it accurately.
