Lawyer needed to help to draft a motion to show cause in Nassau County New York

I need a lawyer to help me to draft a motion to show cause to vacate a default divorce judgment per CPLR 1515(a). Grounds that the divorce itself was illegal, the reasons and grounds are way too many to list. The 1st reason is that I was never served or notified by wife, the divorce and all paperwork involved was corrupt, illegal, theft and perjury. I was under threat to stay away (her and I wanted to reconcile). It was done for money to avoid me from collecting what was mine. I graduated law school in 1997 and one of the reasons I chose not to practice law, although I did complete and accelerated program and graduated in a year and a half. Any first year student would understand the extreme defects in what they have done and ought to be able to tear it apart in about 5 minutes. I have drafted a motion but have not presented it yet. I had tried to retain counsel as soon as I found out that I had been divorced illegally. But unfortunately at that time as I am now still recovering from a traumatic brain injury and coma that were a result from withdrawal from medication which I was unable to attain because I was taken off the medical policy the judge had ordered her to put me back on to the insurance so that I can see my doctors and get my meds she failed to do so and as a result I had a seizure a traumatic brain injury I died I was revived and was in a coma when I woke I was unable to walk talk even hold a spoon I was even told that I would never work again I would have to relearn the alphabet how to speak maybe how to walk but I was injured pretty badly the plaintiff disgustingly sort a conference ex parte with the judge on alternate ways to serve me since she has been claiming that I had been hiding, that is the farthest thing from the truth she lives 499 yards away line of sight I cannot step outside my door without seeing her house her her parents or my kids in fact when I do step outside and catch a glimpse at times I'll Just Fall and hurt myself the traumatic brain injury had quite a few collateral effects including extreme anxiety when thinking about things related to being taken advantage of and about family I have come to the point of seizing while discussing the situation also at times my speech is really good or Fair but it starts to become extremely difficult to understand when I discuss the issue the last time I spoke to an attorney I actually timed it it was 15 seconds before he hung up because he could not understand me, the bottom line is that I've had my fifth and 14th constitutional rights trampled on and ignored as well as state law. Furthermore the documents that were submitted to the court we're altered from what they had originally suggested as a separation agreement which was disposed of by the court and archived they had retrieved the archive they had adulterated it and I mean purposely which is evident seeing as though they missed so much it is illegal to have an illegal divorce. In order for the divorce to be correct first they have to have jurisdiction the subject matter is there but failing to serve me or put me on notice is a failure on their part. Also they claim that we were married on a different date in a different County in a different venue completely they claimed that we were married under a religious ceremony on June 8th when as a matter of fact we were married in the town of North Hempstead which is apart from Suffolk County and Nassau County and even the matrimonial Court on the bottom of the marriage license it states that we were married and Chambers with a judge on June 2nd. On the bottom of this paper it states that any information that is incorrect is a crime and must be fixed but if it's not a crime it should stand as is which it is we would never married religiously or I would have known they did not provide a copy of the marriage certificate which should have been in their evidence it seems to have been missing as it would not match what they state. Also the judges ought to have picked up on the fact that the documents was stamped in 2010 and the notaries commission expiring in the year 2014 and they presented these documents in 2018 and using the 2010 stamp to indicate that I had signed that document which is both illegal and impossible since my incident I no longer can write or sign the way I used to it is completely clear that that was signed after I was disabled. That being another fact they are aware I am disabled and yet claim to have tried to serve me three times and all three times I did not answer the door and they claim I was hiding. Number one that does not really matter because the three attempt rule does not apply to disabled defendants it has to be hand delivered they could have easily called the sheriff and had him serve me instead they chose tactics by going behind my back and claiming to serve me via 28-year-old email address as well as Federal Express. The Federal Express that they claim they overnighted and do not have nor did they submit any tracking information if they read the information that was on their documents it stated that I needed for her to tell her attorneys that we may have a case against Federal Express so not to accept anything from them or use them because we're suing them. Them using that email address indicates that they were aware of Federal Express it however does not by any means show a waving of Rights or anything indicating that that is a place of service I've had 650 email addresses all has changed all this changed and mine has changed the only difference is that now or up until 2023 I was using my Gmail address I was communicating with her her dad's company his secretary on a daily basis I was doing promotional items for them because I could not speak clearly but I could still order and type and in the interim his secretary and I became very close in fact she helped me with my recovery, her father used to brag around everywhere that he can do anything and everything he wants and nothing applies to him like his Donald Trump he says even I can have my daughter divorced without her. He gave Lori divorce papers to notarize that had my wife's signature on it but by law she has to be present. Loris job is to do as she is told, not to read nor interpret what she is notarizing. It is unethical and illegal and the illegality would nullify the papers, further her lawyer assisted her in helping her sell our marital residence without my consent, disposal of marital assets. Basically my main goal is to get the divorce back on the calendar the way she incorrectly divorced me is also affecting my ability to get a green card and my passport replaced in fact if she would have sign the n100 I would be a citizen. The price is to help me solidify my motion, I want to present it pro se, this way I can throw in the kitchen sink and include threats of violence and other things. If the judge rules in my favor the only remedy is to go back to court and restart the divorce. If he does not accept my motion he must explain why and what is wrong with it, then I can retain counsel to re present it as well as retain to handle the case.
