Here's exactly how I'd set up your board: one board with four groups (Order Intake, Production, Review, Completed), a New Order form so requests log in seconds, and Status / Timeline / Priority / Client / Project Type / Designer columns. Automations: auto-assign on intake by project type, notify the assignee when status changes, and slip alerts when a due date passes without completion. Dashboards: workload-by-designer and an upcoming-deadlines view, plus saved filters per client, project type, and designer. For creative work I'd add a versioned feedback cycle (Review -> Changes Requested loops with a revision counter) so feedback rounds are tracked rather than buried in comments. Deliverable: a fully tested live board you can duplicate as a template, plus a short written quickstart with screenshots covering adding orders, updating progress, and pulling status reports. I need a guest/admin invite to your Monday workspace to build it. Two questions: how many team members, and which Monday plan are you on (it caps which automations/views are available)?
